Bank Receptionist/Accounting Clerk
Banking client in Northwest Dallas is looking for a Receptionist that will be comfortable also serving as an Accounting Clerk to work in their main branch. This is a direct hire opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with accounts payable tasks, answering phones and aiding management with administrative projects as necessary. The ideal candidate will answer phone calls regarding account balance, transactions, etc. Will be the first point of contact as customers walk in, meet/greet. Professional appearance required since this person sits very close to the Executive offices. Should have upbeat personality, team player, and able to multi-task.
- 1-2 years of Front Desk/Receptionist experience
- Previous customer service or accounting experience is a plus
- FiServ experience is a plus
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
