Credit union client in East Houston is looking for bilingual Contact Center Representatives to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity! The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional member service in response to member needs and requests. Must be available to work 10: 00am 7: 00pm shift and rotating Saturdays.

  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience, preferably in a credit union or bank
  • Extremely professional communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse member base
  • Ability to work in a high volume work environment

Primary Duties:
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information and assistance on credit union products and services
  • Direct members to appropriate department
  • Determine best method to resolve problems to ensure member satisfaction and adherence to company policies
  • Communicate and coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments
  • Collect loan application information by phone
  • Service members via live chat and email
  • Cross sell credit union products and services
  • Ensure confidentiality of information
  • Follow up with all member/non-member requests promptly to ensure member satisfaction
  • Refer more complex member issues to team leads
