• Enter and process events associated with invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Prepare timely and accurate invoices in accordance with contract requirements while helping reduce work-in-progress balances.
• Prepare manual invoices and supporting documentation and distribute invoices through applicable channels and client portals.
• Coordinate credit memo approval requests and complete related Oracle processing.
• Prioritize incoming requests and provide timely, accurate support to internal stakeholders.
• Assist with additional project finance and back-office responsibilities as business needs evolve.


What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or at least 2 years of relevant project accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle Projects, including project setup, updates, invoicing, maintenance, and closing activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and lookup functions.
• Strong financial aptitude, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a global team.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and Resolve: Contact members with delinquent or negative account balances via phone and mail, working to understand their financial situation and develop solutions.
• Strategic Analysis: Assess the financial status of delinquent borrowers and make informed recommendations, including repossessing collateral when necessary.
• Thorough Documentation: Keep detailed records of all interactions and collection activities, ensuring accurate and comprehensive reports.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on account statuses and collection activities as assigned.
• Legal Insight: Provide testimony at legal proceedings when needed, representing the credit union’s interests.
• Trend Analysis: Inform management about emerging trends in loan underwriting that could impact delinquent or charged-off loans.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team and credit union's goals.

What We’re Looking For:
