Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Versatile Support: Assist members with various needs such as opening and closing accounts, processing wire requests, managing card issues, handling disputes, stop payments, and other member service functions.
 
  • Financial Guidance: Interview member loan applicants, gathering information to facilitate loan applications to our Loan Officer team.

  • Champion of Services: Advocate for our members by offering a range of credit union products and services tailored to their needs.
 
  • Safe Deposit Services: Help members with safe deposit boxes, ensuring accessibility and security.

  • Problem Resolution: Resolve member inquiries in a friendly, accurate, and timely manner, leaving a positive impact.
 
  • Professional Atmosphere: Create and maintain a courteous and friendly atmosphere for members and colleagues.
