What You'll Do: • Support a high-energy executive with a mix of administrative and client-facing tasks
• Manage client records and documentation using tools like Redtail and Microsoft Excel
• Coordinate logistics and planning for occasional client events
• Serve as a liaison between clients and custodians, with knowledge of Pershing a major plus
• Maintain calendar organization, prep meeting materials, and ensure smooth office operations
What We’re Looking For: • Active Series 7 license required
• Prior experience with financial custodians; Pershing knowledge is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Redtail CRM is a bonus
• Professional demeanor with executive assistant-level organization skills
• Event planning experience or interest is highly valued
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to client service
