We’re hiring a Client Service & Operations Specialist to join a high-performing wealth management team. In this fully remote role, you’ll handle essential custodial servicing tasks, manage client communications, and help keep operations running smoothly — all while growing your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage custodial paperwork for new accounts, transfers, cash requests, and beneficiary updates (primarily with Charles Schwab)
• Serve as the point of contact for client service requests, including troubleshooting login and tech issues
• Track, follow up on, and resolve all client servicing tasks and workflows using Salesforce
• Collaborate with internal team members and external partners (CPAs, attorneys, etc.)
• Maintain client files, perform data entry, and handle ad hoc operational support tasks
• Assist in compliance processes, document collection, and reporting as needed

What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in client service or operations within a wealth management or investment firm
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all assignments
• Comfortable using platforms like Salesforce, Schwab Advisor Center, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in remote work environments and supporting multiple professionals
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
