Your Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Support efforts to expand the branch’s presence by building community and business partnerships.
Lending Support: Assist members with loan applications and documentation.
Compliance & Performance: Monitor branch performance, ensure adherence to policies, and support operational improvements.
Team Development: Help train, mentor, and evaluate staff to maintain a motivated workforce.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3-5 years of leadership experience in banking, credit unions, or a similar financial roles.
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
