What You'll Do: • Manage delinquent accounts and recovery efforts with strategic oversight
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, Texas Debt Collection Law, and other regulations
• Supervise and develop a team of collections professionals
• Oversee legal proceedings, bankruptcies, repossessions, and fraud investigations
• Analyze departmental data and report to executive leadership
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years of experience in credit resolution, collections, or similar field
• Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong knowledge of debt collection laws and legal processes
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
