What You'll Do:
• Deliver white-glove service while managing a high-volume mortgage pipeline
• Partner with financial advisors to offer seamless home financing for clients
• Advise borrowers on mortgage solutions including purchases, refinances, HELOCs, and jumbo loans
• Serve as the go-to expert for all client mortgage inquiries across U.S. time zones
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve systems, processes, and client outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
• 4+ years of mortgage lending experience and active NMLS license (Texas preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Deep knowledge of mortgage guidelines, especially Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Jumbo, and non-QM loans
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a tech-forward mindset
• Willingness to obtain licensing in 15-20 states (support provided)
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-first attitude
