What You'll Do:
• Greet customers and process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and money orders
• Deliver friendly, accurate service both in-branch and at drive-thru windows
• Cross-sell banking products and refer customers to appropriate services
• Balance cash drawer at the end of shifts and maintain transaction accuracy
• Assist with mail-in, night drop, and commercial deposits
• Follow bank procedures and regulatory guidelines at all times
What We’re Looking For:
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in banking, retail, cash handling, or customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy
• Ability to promote financial products and explain account options
• Willingness to travel locally and work occasional weekends
