Member Service Representative – Bilingual (Spanish Required)

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver top-tier service to members calling about account services, loan applications, and online banking
• Troubleshoot digital banking issues and respond promptly to email inquiries
• Recommend relevant financial products and services based on member needs
• Perform account research and help resolve any issues with care and accuracy
• Represent the team with a positive, professional, and bilingual (Spanish/English) approach
What We’re Looking For:
• At least 1 year of experience in a financial call center or credit union
• Solid job tenure with a minimum of 1+ years at your most recent role
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Comfortable working in a Windows-based environment
• Credit history with at least 50% of accounts in good standing
