What You'll Do:
• Assist with daily branch operations and staff supervision
• Deliver exceptional member service and support financial product offerings
• Help meet branch goals and performance metrics
• Train and mentor team members for ongoing development
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a credit union or banking environment (required)
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to train at the Tomball location for the first 30 days
• Professional, dependable, and ready to grow into a leadership role
• Flexible to work rotating Saturdays
