Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about maintaining financial accuracy? We’re seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our operations!
What You’ll Do:
As a Bookkeeper, you’ll ensure smooth financial and operational processes by:
Daily Operations: Printing and mailing notices, reviewing official checks, reconciling accounts, and handling chargebacks.
Account Management: Reviewing reports, scanning and filing approved work, and maintaining customer account documentation.
Customer Service Support: Assisting with account maintenance, responding to customer inquiries about online banking and wires, and providing notary services.
Fraud Prevention: Monitoring items in Verafin and proactively addressing potential issues.
Teller & Account Backup: Assisting with teller duties and opening new accounts as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED.
3–6 months of related experience or training (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
A proactive attitude and willingness to cross-train in various tasks.
