Branch Manager – Lead, Grow, and Make an Impact!
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for customer service and team development? We’re looking for a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, manage deposits, and lead a team of tellers and Financial Services Representatives. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, coach and train staff, and drive business growth by expanding customer relationships. What You’ll Do:
Supervise and support branch staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Lead team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
Handle complex transactions, customer concerns, and compliance matters
Grow and develop business relationships within the community
Oversee cash management, audits, and account quality control
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in financial services or a leadership role
Strong supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
