What You'll Do:
• Translate CAD designs into precise CAM instructions — you’ll be telling the machine what to do, not just pushing buttons
• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines with accuracy and efficiency
• Run quality checks and make real-time adjustments to ensure flawless output
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely production
• Identify and resolve machining issues, and contribute to ongoing process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–3 years of CNC machining experience — you can both program and operate
• Solid understanding of CAM processes, including feeds, speeds, and tool paths
• Hands-on experience with CNC programming, setup, and calibration
• Ability to read technical drawings and translate them into machine-ready programs
• Strong math, communication, and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or apprenticeship a plus
• Previous exposure to robotics or metal coating is a bonus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
