Investigate and resolve debit card claims and disputes, minimizing losses while adhering to Regulation E requirements.
Analyze fraud patterns, make recommendations to enhance security, and provide fraud analytics to management.
Coordinate debit card cancellations, replacements, and account maintenance with precision.
Oversee chargebacks, arbitration, and fund recoveries while engaging with merchants and law enforcement agencies.
Perform reconciliations, balance general ledgers, and provide accurate financial reporting.
Partner with branches, departments, and vendors to provide operational support and ensure compliance with industry standards.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience: Proven background in financial services, debit card fraud investigations, and chargeback processing (MasterCard experience preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Excel expertise for data analysis. Familiarity with platforms like FINBOA is a plus!
Analytical Ability: Strong reasoning and investigative skills to detect fraud trends and recommend proactive solutions.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills to engage effectively with members, team members, and external partners.
Organization: The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and excel in a dynamic environment.
