Key Responsibilities:
  • Empathetic Communication: Reach out to delinquent accounts through phone and mail, offering understanding and support to help them find viable solutions.
  • Strategic Analysis: Assess the financial situations of borrowers, collaborating with them to explore alternative repayment arrangements before considering collateral repossession.
  • Detailed Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate records of all interactions, ensuring a clear trail of collections activities.
  • Data Reporting: Prepare insightful reports that aid in tracking collection trends and inform management decisions.
  • Legal Support: Represent the credit union by providing expert testimony at legal proceedings when necessary.


Qualifications:
Educational Background: A high school diploma or GED is required, reflecting your commitment to excellence.
Experience: While similar experience is a plus, your drive and determination are equally valuable. Six months to two years of relevant experience is preferred.
Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential, enabling you to connect with our diverse member base effectively.
