 What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 1 year in banking, customer service, or a related field (call center experience is a plus!).
Education: High school diploma required.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
