What You'll Do:
• Drive the end-to-end management of deposit products, including checking, money market, CDs, HSAs, and more
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitive opportunities
• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design promotions and track performance
• Deliver product training and serve as the subject matter expert on all deposit offerings
• Engage with internal stakeholders across departments to optimize product delivery and performance
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of product management experience in banking, ideally spanning both asset and liability lines
• Strong knowledge of retail banking, including online and branch operations
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including monthly visits to San Antonio headquarters
