Join our Team as an FSR/Teller!

As an FSR/Teller, you'll have a pivotal role that encompasses both teller and new account representative responsibilities. Your mission: deliver exceptional customer service, foster deeper client relationships, and attract new clients to our banking family.

Your role is multi-faceted and engaging:
 
  • Teller Services: You'll keep an accurate record of your cash drawer while assisting clients with deposits, withdrawals, and other essential transactions. Accuracy and efficiency are your watchwords.
  • New Account Representative: You'll open new accounts and introduce clients to additional products and services, contributing to the bank's sales efforts.
  • Compliance and Security: Maintain the highest standards of compliance and security, ensuring the trust and confidentiality of our clients.
  • Sales Initiatives: You'll participate in sales activities to attract new clients, including soliciting banking relationships and developing prospect lists.
  • Team Collaboration: As part of our close-knit banking staff, you'll cross-sell and refer clients to other departments, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
Job Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of teller experience.
  • Tech Savvy: Working knowledge of Word and Excel. Proficiency in typing and using a ten-key.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Mathematical Aptitude: Strong math skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work additional hours when needed, including Saturdays.
  • Physical Stamina: Able to lift heavy coins and sit/stand for extended periods.
