What You’ll Do:
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to new and existing banking customers
• Open and service accounts for personal, business, and retirement needs
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier’s checks
• Guide customers in using online and mobile banking tools
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal banking regulations
• Cross-sell banking products and services to support customers’ financial goals
• Maintain customer records and assist with safe deposit box services (where applicable)
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous banking or customer service experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
