What You'll Do:
• Welcome members, visitors, applicants, and business guests with a positive attitude
• Direct lobby traffic and connect members with the right team members for assistance
• Maintain lobby supplies, displays, café area, deliveries, mail, and general front-office needs
• Process deposits, check cashing, withdrawals, official checks, and account transactions
• Balance cash drawer, verify funds, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records
• Promote financial products and services such as money orders and cashier’s checks
• Support new account openings, night depository balancing, and shared branching transactions
• Follow all safety, compliance, cash handling, CTR, SAR, and check hold procedures
What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and professionalism
• Accuracy with cash handling, computer transactions, and recordkeeping
• Friendly, dependable team player who enjoys helping people
