Financial Services Representative II
Houston, TX (290 Area) | Full-time | Banking & Financial Services

What You’ll Do:
• Greet and assist members with transactions and account inquiries in the lobby
• Provide accurate and courteous service while processing deposits, payments, and withdrawals
• Support members with loan applications, account services, and financial products
• Respond to requests such as stop payments, wire transfers, and check/card orders
• Deliver notary services and assist with safe deposit box access (note: this location does not maintain boxes on-site)
• Build lasting relationships with members by providing exceptional customer care
What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or GED required; some experience in banking or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning internal banking software
• Detail-oriented with solid math and reasoning skills
• Willingness to complete in-house training and certification programs
