What You'll Do:
• Assist members with everyday banking needs—from account openings to loan applications
• Educate members on credit union products and cross-sell services that meet their financial goals
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain accuracy in all member account records, transactions, and loan processing
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with members to secure bookings and drive loan performance
What We’re Looking For:
• At least 6 months of experience in financial services, banking, or retail sales
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, proactive attitude
• Comfortable with technology including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet daily and monthly performance goals
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasionally travel between branches
