What You'll Do:
• Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Oversee system interfaces and vendor integrations, including Fiserv
• Provide responsive Help Desk support and troubleshoot IT issues
• Handle imaging systems, data backups, and database integrity
• Support network administration tasks (LAN/WAN), installs, and upgrades
• Train staff on PC applications and assist with report writing and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in IT support or system administration
• Familiarity with vendor systems like Fiserv and interface management
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on knowledge of PC hardware/software
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours including occasional weekends
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
