Lifestyle Administrator

Position Overview:


The Lifestyle Administrator is a key player in supporting our Lifestyle Coordinator and Lifestyle Manager. This role involves a blend of administrative tasks, customer service, and hands-on event support, all aimed at enriching our community's lifestyle programs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility Management: Oversee facility rentals and reservations, including booking rooms, pavilions, and fields. Handle scheduling and payment collection with precision.
  • Customer Service: Answer phones and assist residents with inquiries related to community programming and facilities. Provide outstanding service to enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Manage website registrations, mass email distributions, and social media accounts. Assist with maintaining community logs and the work order program.
  • Creative Tasks: Help create engaging fliers, newsletters, and other promotional materials to keep the community informed and excited.
  • Event Assistance: Support the Lifestyle department with organizing and executing events and recreational programs. Be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Office Duties: Provide general office administration support, assist residents, and serve as backup to the front desk administrator.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, internet navigation, and social media platforms.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills with a track record of working well with the public. Ability to maintain professionalism and contribute to a positive environment.
  • Problem Solving: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Able to identify issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure high-quality work.
  • Managing for Results: Effective at managing multiple tasks, following company policies and SOPs, and completing projects under supervision.
  • Leadership & Initiative: Positive attitude, accountability for performance, and readiness to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work outdoors in various temperatures, lift up to 50 pounds, move large equipment, and stand or walk for extended periods.
