What You'll Do:

As a Loan Processor, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to empower individuals and businesses through accessible financing. Here's what your role will involve:
 
  • Application Scrutiny: Dive into loan applications and make sure they're complete and accurate.
  • Data Verification: Investigate applicant data, credit reports, work history, and financial documentation to ensure they align with lending policies.
  • Effective Communication: Act as the bridge between loan officers, underwriters, and applicants. Your ability to keep everyone on the same page is crucial.
  • Data Management: Accurately feed information into our systems, keeping applicant records up to date. Precision is your watchword.
  • Filing Expertise: Maintain well-organized loan files, ensuring effortless access and retrieval of information.
  • Compliance Control: Your role is pivotal in ensuring that we stay on the right side of company policies, industry regulations, and the law.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Be the friendly face that provides exceptional service, addressing applicant inquiries and concerns with a smile.
  • Reporting Mastery: Keep everyone informed by generating regular updates and reports on the status of loan applications.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
 
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Loan Processor with a financial institution.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and driven to get the job done right.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
