If so, our credit union client is looking for you to join their team as a Member Service Officer!
You’ll act as a financial service representative, delivering top-notch sales and service while serving as the go-to liaison for customers' financial needs. From routine teller transactions to opening accounts, processing loans, and solving problems, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing customers' financial well-being.
Your Responsibilities

As a Member Service Officer, you will:
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers by assessing their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Perform routine teller transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
  • Open and process new deposit accounts, issue checks, and manage loans.
  • Promote and cross-sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Educate customers on using ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines) and self-service tools.
  • Balance vaults, TCRs, ITMs, and cash drawers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries with critical thinking and professionalism.
  • Assist with call center and operational projects as needed.
  • Travel to other branches to provide support when required.
