What You'll Do:
• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy
• Balance and maintain a cash drawer daily while ensuring compliance with procedures
• Assist with vault duties and support daily teller operations as needed
• Provide exceptional service by assisting members and guests with financial products like money orders and cash advances
• Help train new team members and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
• Support scheduling and daily workflow to ensure smooth branch operations
What We’re Looking For:
• 1–2 years of cash handling experience in a bank or credit union
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• High level of accuracy when working with numbers and sensitive information
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
• A team player who values integrity, respect, and delivering excellent service
