What You'll Do:
• Build and analyze comprehensive financial plans and retirement projections
• Support advisors with meeting prep, agenda creation, client deliverables, and follow-up
• Conduct portfolio reviews and analysis using platforms like Black Diamond
• Liaise with custodians to manage accounts, paperwork, and escalated service issues
• Collaborate with clients and their advisors to facilitate data gathering and communication
• Maintain accurate client records across CRM and integrated systems

What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience in a Paraplanner role—preferably at a fee-only RIA
• Active Series 65 (or Series 7 and 66) license(s)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business
• Proficiency with financial planning tools (e.g., NaviPlan, FP Alpha) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of retirement, investment, tax, insurance, and estate planning
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• CFP® designation or progress toward certification strongly preferred
