What You’ll Do:

• Recommend loans for underwriting approval or denial
• Handle title processing, lien releases, and compliance documentation
• Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the mortgage process
What We’re Looking For:
• Active NMLS license (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in mortgage processing or a similar role
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae guidelines and loan origination systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-starter who can thrive both independently and in a team setting
• Professional demeanor and familiarity with mortgage industry standards
