Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Expertise: Develop financial, statistical, and accounting records of the credit union, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Accuracy Assurance: Collaborate with auditors/examiners on year-end and comprehensive audits, ensuring minimal errors and no losses to the credit union.
  • Balance Mastery: Keep the credit union's books and general ledger accounts in balance and current.
  • Project Excellence: Accomplish all assigned projects in an effective and professional manner.

Qualifications:
  • Communication Skills: Speak and write clearly and effectively, preparing and maintaining confidential records and reports.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks efficiently and manage a broad range of activities.
  •  Creativity: Generate unique ideas for operational and member service solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Build trust and relationships with internal and external members while maintaining a professional image and attitude.
  • Tech Savvy: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proficient with spreadsheets and accounting procedures.
  • Education/Experience: High school education or GED with two to five years of similar or related experience.
