What You’ll Do:
? Assist clients with deposit account inquiries, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
? Prepare and complete wire forms for wire transfer requests.
? Coordinate with branches to facilitate new account openings.
? Follow up with clients to secure pending e-signatures for new account documents.
? Manage daily client and staff requests with professionalism and accuracy.
What You’ll Need:
Prior experience in banking or branch Teller operations.
Strong communication skills—both over the phone and via email.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellent customer service.
