System Operations & Support Specialist
Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for optimizing systems and driving operational efficiency? Our credit union client is seeking a talented System Operations & Support Specialist to join their team and support their mission of delivering exceptional financial services.

In this role, you'll play a key part in streamlining processes, improving system functionality, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations. If you're ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration: Manage enterprise and departmental systems, including user access, permissions, and content creation for SharePoint sites.
  • Change Management: Communicate system outages, upgrades, and changes to end-users and leadership effectively.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Coordinate and manage projects to enhance system and operational efficiencies while reducing costs.
  • Collaboration & Integration: Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and partners, focusing on automation and seamless system integration.
  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain user manuals, job aids, and procedures; provide training and support to end-users.
  • Data Analysis & Problem-Solving: Analyze data to identify trends, conduct root cause analyses, and recommend improvements.
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure processes meet state and federal regulations, assist with audits, and perform due diligence reviews.
  • Ongoing Testing: Test systems and processes after upgrades to ensure functionality and compliance.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Experience: At least 2 years in the banking industry
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint), with experience in Symitar or Meridian Link preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Initiative: A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
