Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling career in banking? We're looking for a dedicated Teller to join our team and play a pivotal role in our daily operations. As a Teller, you'll ensure our members receive exceptional service while keeping our cash flow running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion of Member Service: Whether assisting members at the counter or behind the scenes, you'll make member satisfaction your top priority.
  • Cash Management Pro: Keep the vault stocked with precision through cash orders and maintain balanced cash drawers for our tellers. We'll rely on you to ensure we have the cash we need to meet members’ demands.
  • ATM Expert: Master the art of ATM management by balancing ATM GLs daily, processing deposits, and monitoring stamp inventory.
  • Transaction Prodigy: Handle member transactions like a pro, from deposits and withdrawals to loan payments and selling money orders and travelers' checks.
  • Information Resource: Welcome members warmly, provide routine information about our services, and guide them to the right department for specific inquiries and assistance.
  • Accuracy Specialist: Balance cash drawers and transactions with precision, striving for posting accuracy and excellence.
  • Problem-Solving Expert: Troubleshoot and resolve member inquiries promptly, with a friendly and accurate approach.
  • Team Player: Embrace all other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the success of our tight-knit team.

Education and Experience:
  • High school education or GED.
  • Minimum of one year of similar or related experience.
