Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Teller & Financial Services Representative to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position is crucial to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. You’ll be at the forefront of our operations, assisting customers both in-person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teller Duties:
    • Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments efficiently and accurately.
    • Balance cash drawers and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
    • Assist customers with routine financial transactions and address any inquiries.

  • Customer Services:
    • Open new accounts, including checking, savings, and specialized accounts.
    • Guide customers through the account setup process, ensuring all documentation is completed and accurate.
    • Provide personalized service to each customer, offering advice and solutions tailored to their financial needs.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly over the phone, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Educate customers on our products and services, and promote features that align with their financial goals.
    • Stay informed about our policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence.
    • Collaborate with team members to support branch operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
