Rebecca joined FiStaff in 2006 and has leveraged her role as President to help the FiStaff team create meaningful and lasting connections between clients and candidates. Drawing on almost two decades of experience in the industry, she is dedicated to understanding the unique needs of both parties. This commitment extends beyond mere transactions; it’s about creating relationships built on trust and commitment to doing the right thing for clients, candidates, and the FiStaff team. Rebecca’s passion for reading and learning allows her to provide valuable guidance to the team, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge-sharing. By staying informed, she ensures that FiStaff remains at the forefront of the financial services industry and delivers the highest level of service to clients and candidates.
Rebecca is a native Houstonian and graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Finance and International Business and a minor in Spanish. She is committed to giving back to the community. Since 2007, she has volunteered and held leadership positions with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Committee on the World’s Championship Bar-B-Que Committee, demonstrating her commitment to supporting local traditions and events. Rebecca was also a member of The Junior League of Houston for 10 years, giving her the opportunity to volunteer and serve a variety of groups in the Houston community. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends and family, and spending the day on the golf course.
