We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a community-focused and reputable credit union, to find a dynamic Teller/MSR to join their team. If you’re eager to assist members with their financial needs while fostering meaningful relationships, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
As a Teller/MSR, you will play a key role in supporting the financial needs of the credit union’s members. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Transaction Excellence: Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, and cash advances, with accuracy and care.
  • Vault Support: Serve as a vault teller as needed, ensuring the secure handling of funds.
  • Member Assistance: Provide friendly, professional guidance for members and guest members on financial products and services.
  • Cash Management: Balance your cash drawer daily with precision.
  • Operational Accuracy: Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and error-free transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with colleagues to meet the department's daily needs and share expertise to support both members and associates.
What You Bring:
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a bank or CU.
  • Education: A high school diploma or GED.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional courtesy, tact, and diplomacy in all interactions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to ensure clear and effective service.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to numerical accuracy and transaction handling.
